General Term-and-Condtion

The road trip offers an opportunity to witness the diverse landscapes. The road winds through lush greenery, hills, and valleys, providing glimpses of the country's natural beauty.

Included and Excluded

  • Specify the modes of transportation included.
  • Clarify if it covers transfers between destinations or if it's limited to specific legs of the journey.
  • Total km,Date and Time will be calculated from garage to garage.
  • ₹2000 extra will be charged if the passenger denies to fasten the seat belt
  • AC will be turned off in hills station areas.
  • Toll,Parking,Entry tax and driver food will be extra if not mentioned in package.
  • Driver food should be provided by guest or Pay 200 per day if not mentioned in package.
  • Itinerary mentioned will be shown only when the guest manages the time properly as per chauffeur /Travels advice. We are not responsible if the time management/natural calamity issue or any other unexpectedhappenings
  • Sightseeing time limitation in package tour is from 7AM to 7PM.
  • For the Guest/Driver/Vehicle safety- driver will work for the maximum of 12 Hrs per day. Forcing the driver to drive restlessly will not be encouraged
  • Standby AC will not be provided. If the guest demands, then extra ₹1000/Hr will be charged.
  • G.S.T 5% will be applicable on the final bill.
  • Itinerary will be given at the time of booking, Any changes will lead to extra charges
  • Itinerary will be shown only once. Second time visiting the place will lead to extra charges.
  • Driver will load and unload the baggages from the cab alone. So don’t expect him to bring it inside the hotel room.
  • If any changes or complaints kindly intimate to 63804 02047 by call or whatsapp. Post completion of trip these complaints wont help us to rectify or improve.
  • Guest are advised to maintain the cleaniness and avoid spilling eateries inside the vehicle else water wash charges will be applicable..
  • If guest have any vomiting sensation on travelling then please bring the carry bag/inform driver to stop thecab to avoid spoiling the interior or exterior.
  • Night drive charge ₹500 will be applicable if the vehicle is used between 10PM to 6AM
  • 50% of total package amount should be paid when you start the journey. 100% should be paid a day before trip completion. Any extra charges should be paid at the time of drop.
  • Driver have full rights to deny entering in prohibited area/narrow streets/slope and risky places where cabs will damage physically. These will not be considered as a complaint too
  • In case of drop UP and DOWN will be charged. Don’t ask for one way charge.
  • Physically damaging the parts of the cab inside or outside by guest will be liable to pay for replacement.
  • Guests are advised to take care of their belongings. We don’t take responsibilities..
  • Allocated vehicle may change in rare case due to unavoidable situation.
  • Bluetooth/USB drive/TV is subject to availability..
  • Vehicle will be operated at 80kmph as per RTO’s advice.
  • Roof luggage carrier requirement should inform at the time of booking..
  • Drop time of package trip is 6PM in case the location is not Madurai, As the vehicle is required to next bookings.
  • Madurai drop time will be 9PM for package trips.
  • Smoking/Drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited..
  • We are not responsible in case of missing Bus...
  • Specify activities or tours not included but available as optional extras.
  • Clarify that personal expenses such as souvenirs, extra meals, or additional transportation outside the tour schedule are not included.
  • Highlight that travel insurance is not included (if applicable) and recommend purchasing it separately.

  • Indicate that tips for guides, drivers, or any other service providers are not included
